[Red5] VP6 implementation

With Red5 you can stream .flv files with the video data encoded with either
vp6 or sorenson.

If you want to record webcams using red5+flash player or send live video
using red5+flash player you are sutck with soreonson because the encoding is
done in the flash player not in red5.
