[Red5] java call ffmpeg

Ive setup something before to call an externa. C# script which  
interfaces with the ffmpeg library to grab screenshots of recorded  
files when publishing is finished. Use

  Runtime rt = Runtime.getRuntime();
  Process proc = rt.exec("ffmpeg");

or something like that
