[Red5] RedBench

It needs cleaning up as always, obviouslly its built upon the proxy  
class you suggested before.

If its possible to get jmeter fired up from shell and load the correct  
sampler class, there is a thread group setup to run 100 requests once  
every second, so pretty much how the flex client works I guess ?

Would Yourkit be a possible better option to integrate the Red5Bench  
class into ?  Obviouslly nobody will have a license of that though.
