[Red5] Playlist loadtest

I drilled it with the red5bench app, with 1 request per second for 100  
requests if thats how the flex app works ? I got between 3 - 10% but  
jumped to 50% at particular times. This was on a single dual core  
opteron 1.8Ghz. I am not too sure how to try and hit it with 100  
requests per second :\
