[Red5] help to setup a server

Hi to all.
I want to setup a video streaming server who can play 24 hours per day 
unreleased videos from '60.
There is lot of videos (around 200G) of unreleased music.
I have see that red5 is the only free solution.
I am admin in linux servers but i not know anything about srteaming.
Can someone help me step by step to setup the server? (preferable in 
debian but this is not required)
