[Red5] .8 release schedule?

I would test what's available right now (and was before) e.g. current 0.8RC and various previous versions and test them thoroughly and stick to them so you have a working scenario when you're launching in january. Waiting for a v0.8.0 that works flawless and has features you need right now could turn out as a wrong bet.

If current versions of Red5 don't do what you need to do then reconsider the launch or the scope of your project. No matter if Red5 was closed-source and commercial ; I wouldn't rely on a version of a product to be released in the the near future for a project with a fixed deadline.

My 2 cents.

Tried finding this online but I'm inept at browsing websites.

What's the release schedule look like for .8? It's in RC now but we're launching with an app end of January and I want to go with whatever will be in final status by then.

  Cheers.
  Marcus
