Paul Gregoire did a write up on how to resolve these issues. In particular,
the eclipse IvyDE has issues. You have to run ivy from the terminal like
so:
ant -Divy.conf.name <http://divy.conf.name/>="java6, eclipse" dist

http://gregoire.org/tag/ivy/

after doing that, the issues will disappear.. make sure you refresh and
clean if necessary!
