[Red5] h264 works!

Ok all, now it works with all the mp4 media i could find.. audio and video..
If you guys find a clip that doesn't play let me know and provide the audio
and video config byte dump (debug level logging on MP4Reader). There is a
timing issue with quicktime mov files but the audio plays very well (this is
low-priority of course). You may request media in any of the following ways:

f4v:mymediafile
f4v:mymediafile.f4v
f4v:mymediafile.mp4
f4v:mymediafile.mov
mymediafile.f4v
mymediafile.mp4
mymediafile.mov

Next Ill get the f4a / m4a streamer working.. :)
