[Red5] Community Participation

I guess i could do some of the following
- migrate osflash wiki material to wiki.red5.org
  - write up feature descriptions
  - clean up wiki
  - add to the FAQ
  - help write the Red5 Reference Manual

I'm still a little raw with Red5(i make one application i none month and
forget about the system for 6 months) but i think i can handle some of these
things
