[Red5] Testing update: Java Unit Tests are active again

Hi folks,

Just to let you know but as of today all the Java JUnit tests in red5
trunk should be 100% runnable on both JDK5 and JDK6.  To run them,
check out tip of tree and do:

ant run-tests

If you see a test fail, please file a bug in Jira (with as much log
information as possible).

We're still working on the other stuff talked about earlier in the
month (and documented here:
http://jira.red5.org/confluence/display/appserver/Notes), and once
done will start accepting test-submissions from the rest of the world.
