[Red5] Long handshake error when running samples

I have this exact same problem when trying to run Red5 as a war file
under tomcat. I still have no idea what's causing the 'long
handshake'. I also went through all of the sanity-check steps that
you did. However, I did NOT have this problem running stand-alone, so
it's intereresting that you are....
