[Red5] Red5 plugin - "address already in use"

I have a strange problem with the Red5 Eclipse Plugin.
When i try to start the server i get the "address already in use" error and
the server fails to start.

using tcpview (yes, i'm on windows.... i know, i know) i can see that
nothing is using port 5080 until i try to start the server from within
eclipse.... then 5080 is being used by eclipse, and then i get the address
in use error.

So is the server being started twice here? it's all very weird, and a bit
annoying, any ideas?
