[Red5] Can I emulate a client connection to a SO from server ?

To bypass the most efficiently my persistent SO getting zero listeners @ one
point and then bugging, i'd like to have a listener created by the server
and always connected to the SO.

Is it possible from the server to add a listener to the sync event of the so
? like when a client connects to it ?
