[Red5] Flex Builder 3

I've had less issues installing everything into Flex Builder than the other
way. Flex Builder works the best in the exact standalone version they give
you. With the plugin the destination eclipse is unknown and stability
issues can/have come up. I've seen enough of them to know my life is easier
using the standalone version.
