[Red5] RTMP Codecs

Hi,

Maybe this is not a doubt of Red5, but can't find this anywhere.

When i establish a live streaming session between a client flash and red5,
is necessary to tell, previously, to the client flash the codecs used in
RTMP packets?

I saw RTMP specification, but i don't find anything.
