As far as I know there is no way using RTMP you can cache it in .flv files.
If you are into copyright subject, that is what is best technology available
for streaming. Of course you can pursuit other DRM protections, but this is
the most flexible solution available for streaming.
Aside from that, I am not sure if there are any breaches on the protocol
that one is able to cache streaming content in local cache files, as in a
.flv file or something else.
