[Red5] webcam share problem

I am working on videochat , but it has problem

the loged-in use can see his own camera but unable to see other user camera
(webcam )

I have installed the RED5-VIDEOCONFERENCE sample , it has the same problem

connect with : rtmp://79.136.125.179/fitcDemo

why I am unable to see others webcam ??

how to correct this??

how I broadcast the cams so every user can see other webcams ??
