[Red5] I'm getting 0kb streams saved

I have a flash app (part of Kaltura CE) which does the video recording ... I
see that the streams saved /oflademo/streams are all 0 kb in size:
They all look like this:
698F6203-8F16-362D-2F1D-9BF8D8F91EC4_fixed.flv

what could be the problem here?
