[Red5] recording video & audio like they do on facebook.

Hi, I have an existing java/spring/tomcat application that I want to  
add the ability to record video & audio using flash and store on my  
server and then play back for other people. Is Red5 a good way to do  
this, if so do I need to implement as a standalone server or can I add  
to my existing application server. I noticed http://www.red5-recorder.com 
  which seems close to what I want, but im not sure how this is  
related to red5 (if it is). Also on that site I tried using my webcam  
on my macbook pro and video didnt work (audio did).

Any pointers on how I should get started would be great, I know lots  
about java etc, but nothing about flash other than the basics and  
nothing about flex.
