[Red5] Red5 Samples Code?

If you're using it inside of a Tomcat servlet container, I'm not quite sure
where the demo source code would be. My first recommendation would be to
upgrade to the trunk server (latest). It's not necessary, but it most
certainly helps in a lot of cases. Second, you can look at the source code
for the demos online here:
