Is this able to transcode on the fly? Say I have a stream of audio in some
ffmpeg supported codec, can I use this to transcode to nellymoser on the fly
so I can publish it to Red5?
Thanks,

Hi Mauro,
If you want, you can check out http://www.xuggle.com/. It's an
open-source Java library that includes Nellymoser decoders, and a
whole lot more (in fact, all of FFMPEG).
You use it entirely from Java and it doesn't start up any external
applications (it runs ffmpeg inside the Java process). Therefore on
tests we've done, we're able to decode nellymoser in usually less than
one millisecond of additional latency.
We're in a "open beta" right now.
