[Red5] App runs on Windows, get NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp on Ubuntu

Is the directory layout of your app the same as the demo apps? If you
haven't checked the log files that are generated when Red5 starts up,
it might give an indication as to whether or not your app started, and
a reason as to why, if it didn't.
