[Red5] Can't lauch my application on Debian

Hello,
I have installed red5 on my debian by following
http://osflash.org/red5/debian. Then every things is ok the server start
without error and work fine.
But when i tried to put my own application called "demo" from windows (work
fine on it) to my debian  i get this error when i start red5.
