Everything is ready to go to production.

This includes fixes for looping background music, Web Ed's changes , and a
fix for recasts like ebizblackbelt.  This also fixes most of options
monster's problem but there is still one final issue before their older
recast will work.

As far as the recent options monster recast goes, the first stream does not
look like it recorded, or was not moved into the recast folder.  There seems
to be no stream with a streamID 0.  So either all the streamID's on the
files are off by one, or the first stream did not get recorded, or the first
stream got recorded but the file was never moved to the recast folder when
the room was ended.  I still need to figure out why it happened.
