[Red5] Red5 Installation on Windows

I tried setting JAVA_HOME to "C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB\" where my JRE is
located, but I'm getting a different error:
Starting Red5
'"C:\Program Files\Sun\JavaDB\bin\java"' is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file.
