[Red5] Red5 Eclipse Plug-in is live?

I seem to going back to the normal compiation option...Suddenly Red 5 itself
doesn't work...so, reinstalled it, and
it's ok now....then, what'd be the best environment (eg. Eclipse version,
Java etc...) to use the eclipse plug-in...i'll start it over using it
again....^^
