[Red5] RE D 5 Install on windows 2003 server IIS walkthrough

i see alot of posts talking about mp4 and h264 support
we are about to start ramping up our encoding soon and wondering whether or
not i can go with mp4 yet
i see an example out there with it by walter tak, is this in red 5 .08 or
just right off the trunk and work he's doing on his own
