[Red5] synchronizing Custom Objects?

is there any flash-related(not flex related) example/tutorial how to synchronize custom objects ?

i have objects that should only be changed by the owner but any change on the client side should 
affect the copies on each other client which has the object of the other client loaded..

Currently iam sending Strings but i would like to switsch to custom objects (wich i allready can send from server)

but i would like to test what would work better synchonizing or scheduling calls.
