Daniel,
You can give this a try. I've hardly making regexps without the actual
content which need to be parsed, so i have no idea how they will
perform, make two backups at least before you do anything.
The difference between the two markups are quite big, confluence uses
much more markup, while trac has a more complicated markup syntax, so
the conversion will never be perfect I'm afraid.
If it does not work well, then you will be better off to send/share the
source of the conversion, then the expressions can be adjusted accordingly.
