[Red5] Testing RTMP connection on a very restricted server

Still no luck unfortunately.

I have attempted to get red5 to bind only to ports above 8000. Do I just
change the http port in the red5.properties file?

# HTTP
http.host=0.0.0.0
http.port=8095
https.port=8443
