[Red5] RED5 Caching!!!

hi while deploying to my server, I found this.
the situation:
I have removed my application from Server and started RED5.
Then access my application.
While I should not be seeing anything, I can still access my old
application!!!Strange, but true.
 
Anyhow RED5 is Caching?!!
