[Red5] Tracking bandwidth

I was wondering how I can track bandwidth used when streaming?
I've just set this up and I am using http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player-setup-wizard?example=4 to test it out.
Everything seems to be working great so far but need to know how I figure out how much bandwidth is used for the month so to speak.
