[Red5] Java Client for RED 5 / Adobe Flash Media Streaming Server

Hello

Is it possible to connect to a RED 5 or an Adobe Flash Media Streaming
Server by a java client?

I need to be able to receive a streamed RTMP flash-video from one of this
streaming servers and implement the following functions:
- PLAY 
- PAUSE
- STOP
- GO TO A SPECIFIC POSITION

I need to implement this player on a non-top-level Swing JComponent in Java
(because this is the restriction I have from sun's wonderland, where I want
to implement this player)...

How can I do that in Java? Are there any code examples available or do you
know an API or other possibilities to do that?
