[Red5] mySQL settings for the red5 + hibernat example?

Hello again,
its about mySQL settings for this http://sziebert.net/posts/red5-hibernate-revisited/ example
in the demo applications readme.txt i found only this sentence:

Make sure that you've got MySQL running
and configured correctly with the info provided.
.

uhm ok i can not find any informations wheter in one of the 2 articles about red5+hibernate from carl sziebert nor in the downloaded archieve
so my first try endet here:

Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Access denied for user 'red5'@'localhost' (using password: YES))
.

i can not find the used password for user red5 even not the user red5 in sourcecode... 
also i can not find which db name and table name should exist...

does anyone has those informations by hand and could provide them to me?
