[Red5] Cannot get RED5 - V08 - RC2

Hello,
 
I tried to install the last release of Red5 from this link:
http://jira.red5.org/confluence/display/downloads/Red5+v0.8.0+Release+Candidate+2+02.03.2009
but I arrive on a 404 Error: Page doesn't exist.
 
Could you tell me when this link will be up again, please? 
Or on which link I have to go to get this version?
 
Another question: 
Is the Administrator section of this version available? How can I use it, is there any user Guide, please?
