[Red5] migrate from 0.7 to 0.8 troubles

Hello experts
I am trying to migrate from 0.7 to 0.8. I have some problems:
- loggin system does not work anymore.
- had some "context not found errors", so I copied
red5-web.properties.xml
web.xml
red5-web.xml
from SOSample demo:
it does connect but does not work as before.

So my question is :
Does someone already made a migration from 0.7 to 0.8 and if so, what steps
had to be corrected ?
