May be i assumed a lot :) as i was facing similar problem earlier.
so let me get back one step, can you see files like Application.class and
other class files inside
red5/webapps/oflaDemo/WEB-INF/classes/org/red5/demos/oflaDemo

if you cannot then what i solution that i gave earlier applies, if they are
present then please paste error thrown by red5.
