[Red5] I: use ffmpeg

Can I use ffmpeg command line instead on FME3 (or 2.5) for live streams? If
yes HOW?

I don't want to use the Publisher demo , too, I just need a command line
encoder (like FMEcmd..but it's still FME without GUI)
