That's one of the reasons I am frustrated about working on an open source
project, people don't get it...
Wooza is a commercial product and has closed source, with Red5 you have the
full code at your hands so you know what you are getting and the chances of
extending it (if you have skills or personnel able to) you can customize it
yourself.
Some folks should open their minds and instead of paying x to some software,
it would be nice to see sone donations coming along to the dedicated people
on this project.
The achievements Red5 has made through it's 0.9 release is insanely broad
and has some really intelligent brains behind that...
I am sure that when some folks start donating to the project, this will
evolve a lot, as everyone involved would love to see the users vouching for
this also by sending some donations along.
I am NOT part of the development team, but following up closer and closer.
I am going to donate some money eventually, just need to get my yearly bonus
to do so.
