[Red5] Stream a FLV file during a time period

Is it hard/possible (any one have any examples or pointers?) to have a
5 minute FLV file set to stream on the hour, every hour, and when
someone views that stream, they pick up at the current point in the
stream?

As in, stream was playing for 2 minutes already, and a client connect,
so they start late in the stream.
