[Red5] Creating Red5 Applications - In Laymans Terms

Thanks for the great info. This page explains better than the other stuff I
have found. I have followed the steps exactly, but when I try to connect to
the app, I get;

description = No scope "myflashstore/" on this server.
code = NetConnection.Connect.Rejected
level = error
level = status
code = NetConnection.Connect.Closed

Do I have to register this app somewhere else in Red5 for it to be
recognized? Or is restarting the server all you have to do? Because I have
restarted already and I still get this error.

Thanks
