[Red5] about the performance test

Is there any guy test the red5 on high performance computer(8 core CPU and
32G mem)

How many connecting is the red5 can support one this platform. 

 

And if I need support 8000 flash player client, need I configure cluster? 

I test the cluster the edge server can`t cache the data , but can save the
connections.

Is there have any others better solutions.
