[Red5] To know if I'm doing right.

I need to modify oflaDemo.
OflaDemo is the application I use to stream my videos.
The steps are as follows:
Download and install eclipse.
Download oflaDemo source and red5 source from
http://red5.googlecode.com/svn/java/example/trunk/ and
http://red5.googlecode.com/svn/java/server/trunk/.
Modify oflaDemo and then create the war using ant with war target of build.xml
Put the war under webapps of red5.
I'm doing right?
