[Red5] Need Help Streaming Live Flash

I'm a high school digital media teacher trying to stream live athletic
events. Our setup, that we're using to stream QT, is a NewTek TriCaster,
MiniMac with QTBroadcaster, and our X-Server. I've been a Flash person for
many years and would prefer to offer our viewers a Flash stream rather
than the QT. We can't afford setting up a Flash Server (we only have
X-Servers). The TriCaster has a built-in Flash encoder and can push a live
stream, I just have nowhere to send it.

I ran across Red5 a couple of days ago and have been trying to figure it
out since. From what I've read, I need to use the SimpleBroadcaster app.
that is already installed? I've installed v9 and don't see it in the list
of apps.

I may be way over-my-head with this, but could someone point me to some
documentation to help me get this up and running?
