[Red5] Internet Radio with red5

Is there a red5 webapp already built that does internet radio streaming
where it simply takes the soundcard signal of the computer that is
accessing the app and streams that signal  onto a remote player via rtmp? 
Just like the audio/video streaming for webcam function red5 has but with
just audio only?   

If this can be done, can someone point me in the right direction for which
red5 app to use, how to use it and or what other utilities I would need to
do this, ie. players, id= strings,  info on switching from microphone to
line-in or stereo or whatever on the soundcard in which the webapp picks up
etc..

Any feedback is much appreciated.
