[Red5] error whit adminPanel applicacion: "Netconnetion.Connect.Faild"

Hello, my name is Carlos Lavín and I'm rookie in RED5; I am with the 0.9.1
version of RED5. I have installed it in my computer, and I have been running
their demo applications perfectly, but there is one that I can't. When I
want to use the adminPanel application, it ask me for server address, user
and pasword, I have been looking in the configuration files in red5 and I
found in the conf directory, the file realm.proporties the user and the
password. I used it, and in the address server I put:
rtmp://localhost/admin/ but it sas me:

"NetconnectionConnect.Faild"
why can't I use the adminPanel application? Do it needs anything additional?
some program...
