[Red5] Stream recording controlled from server side -- simultaneos broadcast and firing event

hi,

the answer to question 1 is:
Yes it records to a file and other clients can still subscribe to it.

Question 2 ... have a look at the ApplicationAdapther, there are
several events you can choose.
