[Red5] oflademo streaming mp4, audio but no video

Try something like this
/usr/bin/ffmpeg -i 3095.avi -f mp4 -vcodec libx264 -vpre hq -b 550k
-y 3095.mp4 >3095.log 2>&1
/usr/local/bin/MP4Box -inter 500 3095.mp4 >3095.log 2>&1
mp4box is writing headers so you get it downloaded and played before whole
video is on browser side (progresive streaming)
