[Red5] installed red5 on linux but port_tester fails all port

hi

     i am able to see ports saying success if i give ip address(red5 server
installed m/c) instead of my localhost where i was accessing the red5
     now able to play rtmp://10.0.0.190:1935/oflademo and publisher as well
using rtmp
But i have some thing one live stream TV videos
    i am totallly new to red5 server so do suggest
    i want to play a live tv video using red5 server but the stream is rtsp
://ip:554/gprs-high.sdp
    i just added this path in /webappslive/mystream file is that ok what i
am doing ?
    so help me  what i have to do in this case to play rtsp live tv video
play this using demos publisher
