[Red5] How to reduce the live delay

Hi Lee



For High Traffic
Hardware

Dual Core /Quad core (intel XEON ) 2ghz and above
2-4 gb available memory or above 1gb ethernet card with big pipe network
200mb of available disk space (10k rpm and above sata-2)

Software  same java 1.6 and red 5
